Before you call…
If you want to rent something we’re going to ask you for a certificate of insurance. You have to provide us with a certificate before the rental happens. We don’t provide insurance, nor do we have any bright ideas on ways around it — you need to have insurance to rent equipment from us. Please see our Policies page for full details on renting, insurance, payment and terms.
Assuming you’re still with us…
Not everyone has a Blackberry or some kind of smartphone. So PLEASE don’t assume that we’re going to get the email that you sent out at 10:25pm on Saturday night letting us know that your rental or job has changed. Call us at the numbers below:
